To the Distillery District and the Beach

Went down to the Distillery District yesterday with a friend and my son, captured this first shot right at the beginning:

The next five shots were taken in a cool store that has old antique toy vehicles. I was playing with extremely shallow depth of field, which worked well with the low light levels in the store, and is fun to boot! 🙂

Then we stopped by Balzac’s Coffee for hot chocolate and tea:

Noah decided to drink his hot chocolate with a straw:

After our refreshments we headed down to the beach:

Looking for cool stones to add to his rock collection:

Caught this seagull at the edge of the water:

Noah running from the cold water:

And then we started to dig:

Which takes lots of concentration! lol

At the end he buried his feet in an attempt to dry them…not sure that worked out very well!

Hope everyone else had a great Sunday as well!
