Just a short update for the contest (see below). Currently image #2 is in the lead with 38 votes. At the moment image 5 & 9 are tied for second place with 32 votes each. Image #8 is a distant fourth place with 12 votes, with the other images following below that. It is not too late to round up votes for your image! Voting closes next Thursday (Jan. 17th) at 5 pm. Send emails to everyone you know and ask them to vote for your image! You must use the voting box, at the end of the contest blog post, to cast your vote. One vote per computer only!

2007 was a fantastic year! I met so many great new people, and had a wonderful time at each photography session! I truly love photography, and am just as excited to get home and see the images as I’m sure my clients are to see their sneak peek, on my blog, and then their private on-line gallery. Thank you to all of you who have made my first year in business so fulfilling!
I have chosen a favorite image from each of the past year’s sessions. It wasn’t easy to pick my favorite! I could certainly never decide on my top three, so I’m going to let you make the decision for me!
Please choose your favorite image by using the poll at the end of the post. The person(s)/parents of the subject(s) featured in the top three photos will each receive one print of their winning picture! 1st place receives a 20″ x 24″ print, 2nd place a 16″ x 20″ print and 3rd place an 11″ x 14″ print. The poll does log IP addresses, so only one vote per computer will be counted!
For those of you appearing in the chosen photos, you are welcome to enlist friends and family to vote for your photo. Just remember that each person may only vote once. Fraudulent voting patterns will result in the photo being withdrawn from the contest.
For Torontonians who aren’t in the contest, here’s what you get for your vote—a chance to win a free photography* session with me! Here’s how it works: after you vote, leave a comment on this blog posting. I will randomly choose one person from the list of comments to receive a free photography session*.
The contest runs until 5 pm on January 17th with the results announced on my blog on January 18th.
